– Products may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase

– To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

– Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

 

3. Refunds

– We have no refunds on membership as it is a service not a product.

– Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item.

– We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– If your return is approved, we will process your refund.

 

4. Shipping Costs

– Shipping costs to return a product are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or faulty.

– We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
