No Refund Policy
All products and services offered on slimforlife.online are digital health consultation services.
Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once the payment has been successfully processed, the customer receives immediate access to consultations and digital medical support. As the service is considered fully delivered at the time of access activation, no refunds, cancellations, or returns are available under any circumstances.
Customer Acknowledgement
Before completing the purchase, the customer must confirm the following:
“I understand that the services provided are digital consultation services and that all sales are final. I acknowledge that no refunds or returns are possible after payment.”
If checkout is done through the website, this acknowledgement will appear as a mandatory checkbox.
If payment is done through a payment link, the checkbox is not required, but the no-refund policy applies.
Cancellation of Transaction
Because our services are digital and access is activated immediately after payment, cancellation of the transaction is generally not possible.
If a payment error occurs or the transaction is not completed, the bank may temporarily block the amount. In such cases, the blocked amount will be automatically released by the bank within 1–30 days, depending on the bank’s policy.
